A creative blend of power yoga and dumbbell weight training. It's a time-efficient mix that improves balance, increases flexibility and sculpts your entire body. Kristin uses all the classic yoga poses -- from simple Warrior and Chair moves to more challenging Eagle and Boat positions. But every movement is subtly enhanced with dumbbell toning -- often carefully structured to work your upper and lower body at the same time (e.g. Warrior III with bicep curls: it sculpts your calves while strengthening your arms). The workout has two segments; the second section repeats the earlier moves with slightly different cuing. Requires 2 to 5 lb. dumbbells.
